As the Community Engagement & Development Manager, you'll:
-
Build and strengthen relationships with community partners, businesses, schools, and volunteers

Develop and implement strategies to increase community awareness, engagement, and support for Student Impact programs
-
Assist with fundraising initiatives, sponsorship outreach, donor stewardships, volunteer recruitment, and special events

Represent Student Impact at community meetings, networking events, and outreach opportunities

Collaborate with staff to community program impact through stories, data, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials
Schedule & Commitment:

Primarily Monday - Friday business hours, with flexibility based on program and organizational needs

Occasional evenings and weekends for community events, fundraising initiatives, and special programs

additional hours during key fundraising campaigns and major events throughout the year

As a Youth Advocate, you'll:

Support and participate in social, recreational, and educational activities at The Rock

Create a welcoming, safe, and structured environment for students

Assist with program setup, cleanup, and facility care
-
Escort students from Westfield Intermediate School to The Rock
-
Represent Student Impact at student programming, outreach, and community events
Schedule & Commitment:
-
Regular hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:00–6:00 PM (August–May)

Basketball season: Friday evenings, 5:00–10:00 PM (November–February)

Additional flexible hours during school breaks and special events
